At The Porch Swing Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor oasis. If your new swing or glider isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble and repackage your furniture in its original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
